GENERAL INFORMATION FOR CAR RENTAL

DELIVERY AND RETURN
The Lessor delivers the vehicle to the renter in good technical condition. The Renter agrees to return the vehicle. The Renter is obliged to return the vehicle to the Lessor together with all its related accessories and documents and in the condition it was delivered, clean with full petrol tank to the location on the date designated in the agreement. The condition of the vehicle shall be verified in a signet by both parties upon acceptance and return “ Acceptance and Delivery” protocol, which is an inseparable part of the Agreement hereign.

REQUIREMENTS TO THE RENTER
The renter must have legal ID documents address registration, ID card and a valid driving license, minimal driving practice. Only the person authorized may operate the vehicle. The authorizing of additional driver is done on signing the contract.

RENTAL RATE
The rental rate includes: unlimited mileage, vehicle maintenance, accident insurance, full vehicle insurance. The rental rate do not include fines and all kinds of taxes, paid by the driver for violation of traffic law regulations or general laws of Republic of Bulgaria.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
The Lessor gives the vehicle with full tank. The fuel is at the expense of the Renter. One rental day is 24 hours.

PAYMENT
The full sum is paid on signing the contract.

VEHICLE EQUIPMENT
All vehicles are equipped with the following:
Central locking system, alarm system, radio or CD, spare tire, jack, spanner, first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, triangle, Varna and Bulgaria road maps.
